Gathered personal data
We use forms on our website that capture personal data. These forms include our contact form, newsletter subscription form, quick scan request form, and careers application form. The data filled out in this form will be sent to our HR department (careers form) or our marketing department (other forms) via email.  The information and personal data provided in the contact form and careers application form will not be stored outside of this e-mail.

When you have subscribed to the newsletter and confirmed your email address via the double opt-in method, the personal data from the newsletter subscription form will be stored in our email automation system, Mailchimp. This will be used to send you personalized emails with relevant industry information, case studies, videos or marketing material. If you wish to change your preferences or unsubscribe from these emails, this can be done via a link in the email.

Security
Our website has a SSL certificate, establishing an encrypted link between the web server and a browser. SSL (Secure sockets layer) ensures all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private. You can check if a website is secure by looking for the “https://” prefix in front of the website in combination with the green lock symbol in the address bar.
